Your Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Visit Urbandoor.com and enter the desired location and dates.

Step 2: To run a bulk quote request, click "Check availability in this area."


PRO TIP: This is the fastest way to get the most bookable options.

Give your request a name that will help you track it (e.g., transferee name).


PRO TIP: Providers have 24 hours respond M-F. You will be notified via email when you have new quotes.

Step 3: You will now see all bookable options. When you have new quotes back from other providers, they will appear here.

Step 4: When you have additional options added, you will receive an email notification. Click the green button to go to your Quotes page.


PRO TIP: Save Urbandoor as a contact to ensure emails always get to your inbox.

Step 5: You can view all of your requests under the Quotes tab too.

Step 6: To share a quote with someone, click the green "Share" text in the upper left corner of the quote page.




Step 7: Clicking "View Details & Book" shows you full costs. Complete this form to purchase.


PRO TIP: Under payment details, please select “Invoice my Company.”


Step 8: View upcoming, current and past stays under the Stays tab.


PRO-TIP: You can live chat with an Urbandoor representative by clicking the icon in the lower right corner.
